Overview
The Tennessee Fall Prevention Coalition is a statewide collaborative network that brings together healthcare, public health, aging services, community organizations, older adults, and other partners to reduce falls and promote healthy aging. Through multisector collaboration, the coalition advances evidence-based fall prevention, strengthens clinical-community connections and referral pathways, expands access to resources and programs, and supports safe, healthy, and independent aging throughout Tennessee.
Mission
To reduce falls and fall-related injuries among older adults in Tennessee through multisector collaboration, evidence-based prevention, expanded access to resources, and data-driven strategies that support safe, healthy, and independent aging.
