Dietary Quality

Applies to the nutritional value of food acquired, and how well the overall diet of the food stamp participant compares to recommended guidelines such as My Pyramid (MyPyramid.gov) and Dietary Guidelines for Americans (e.g., increasing to recommended levels the consumption of fruits and vegetables and grains and decreasing consumption of fat).
